Contacting the St. Jane CYO

Team Questions:

If you have questions about a particular team, please contact the team coach.  If you are unable to resolve the matter with the coach, please contact the commissioner for that sport, whose names and contact information are listed under the CYO Board/Event Coordinators link as well as under the links for the individual sports programs (e.g., fall soccer, basketball). 

Questions about a Sports Program:

If you have a general question about a sports program (e.g., fall soccer,  basketball), please contact the commissioner for that sport, whose names and contact information are listed under the CYO Board/Event Coordinators link as well as under the links for the individual sports programs (e.g. fall soccer, basketball). 

Questions about the Registration Process:

If you have a questions about how to register for a particular sport that isn't answered by the information found under the Online Registration or the links for the individual sports programs (e.g., fall soccer, basketball), please contact Lindsay Hamilton at eldubz@verizon.net

Questions about St. Jane CYO Policies/Procedures:

If you have questions about  St. Jane CYO policies and procedures, please direct them to the St. Jane CYO president, whose contact information can be found under the CYO Board/Event Coordinators link.  

Also, all CYO Board Meetings are open for observation and the parents/guardians of players are welcome to attend.   If you would like to discuss a particular subject with the Board, please contact the St. Jane CYO president at least 48 hours before the scheduled Board meeting (dates/times/locations are posted under the Commissioners' Calender link) so that time can be allotted on the meeting agenda for the discussion.
